I placed an order but never received an order confirmation.

Thank you for your order! You should receive an order confirmation via email upon placing an order with us. If you have not, peek over to your junk/spam folder. Still can’t find it? Drop us a line at [email protected] so we can be of assistance. 

Can I refund or exchange the item that I purchased? 

Unfortunately, refund is not allowed if your item is already been purchased by our supplier. In cases where the preferred item is out of stock, we can offer store credit of the same amount or fully refund if you would like to cancel the order. The refund will be transferred to your account within 20 - 30 working days. We are also more than willing to assist you should you require and exchange item if your preferred item is unavailable. 

To which countries do you deliver and how long does it take to receive my order? 

At the moment we only covered West Malaysia only. For East Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei fans kindly contact us here or send us DM via IG before place the order so we can advise on shipping process :) Preorder item will be shipped out on/after the mentioned date at Shipping Information page. Any dates quoted for delivery of the item are approximately only, and the time of delivery is not the essence. Click here to view our shipping policy.

I wanted to buy ready stock item. 

Yay! Ready stock items are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Once the order is out, a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking code will be sent to you which can be used to track your package. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. Click here to buy our ready stock item. 

Can I track my order? 

Of course you can! After ready stock online purchase been made, we will ship your parcel (Ready Stock) as soon as we received them. Once the shipment is out, you will be notified via an e-mail containing a tracking code. You may then use the code to track your order from the link provided in the e-mail. Please wait for at least 48 hours after the item(s) have been sent/posted for tracking details to be available. But for PREORDER ITEM, tracking will be provided once we received the item(s) at our store in between min 4 - 12 weeks.  

Oopss! The item is received is faulty! 

We apologize profusely for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately. Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order no and send to [email protected]. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit.

I didn't get my item yet!

Please double check whether your purchase item is fall under Preorder or Ready Stock. If Preorder, you'll received the item in 8 - 12 weeks. Due to global pandemic issue, please expect some delayed. But if you purchase Ready Stock item(s), your item will be shipped in 3 - 5 working days, please let us know if you still didn't received the item(s) for more that 10 days.
